Project Description: USAID Office of Food for Peace (FFP) wished to verify if WFP’s implementing partners operating protracted relief and recovery operations (PRRO) in the complex emergency situation in FATA and KP were complying with their field level agreements (FLA). VTT Global was trusted by IMEC to perform this monitoring and verification assignment. VTT’s teams visited 11 intervention sites and conducted 214 interviews to monitor FFW and SFP activities in eight districts across KPK. A total of 205 beneficiaries were interviewed during the course of the project under WFP interventions and 99% beneficiaries were found satisfied with the support provided to them.
Additionally, VTT also monitored the situation of returnees during their six-month period of receiving food rations to understand how they are using these rations and how they are adjusting upon return.
