Care International/World Learning - Let Girls Learn Proposal Development

CARE International, in collaboration with World Learning, Right to Play, and IDEAs, was bidding for the Let Girl’s Learn Grant, in Pakistan, and required the services of a consulting firm to support the research, strategy, and development process for the finalization of a proposal. To execute this exercise, VTT immersed itself into CARE’s organizational systems and structures, collected evidence of CARE’s global best practices on education and the Accelerated Learning Program, and accordingly developed the technical and financial proposals’ content. VTT Team successfully carried out extensive desk research and consultations with CARE’s local team, US team, and the consortium partners, to develop a winning concept note within a limited period of time.
