Project Description: VTT was contracted by UNDP to the lead UNDP’s HR Assessment for the Secretariat of Pakistan National Assembly in 2014. The purpose of the assignment was to evaluate and optimize the capacity of the Secretariat staff, and to improve their functions as defined by the Constitution, Rules of Procedure, and various other statutes of the Secretariat. VTT was responsible for the review of existing human resource policies and procedures of the Assembly, and accordingly propose new job descriptions, highlighting the gaps, and the essential capacities and skills required for each position in the listed Wings of the Secretariat.
