VTT Project Management (PM) is based on a framework endorsed by the Project Management Institute (PMI) that helps manage several projects or portfolios through effective organization of time, quality, risk, communication, scope and resources associated with the program.

Our ALTeRTM (Agile Logistics, Technology and Resources) is a three-component Project Management tool that aims to change the conventional concept of operational excellence, by executing projects in minimum time, efficient resources, reduced expenses, with minimal to no glitches. It is a multilayered apparatus, one that has been tried, tested and refined by VTT over the past decade, enriching decision-making to be responsive even in the most unpredictable of situations. With ALTeRTM, VTT facilitates its clients’ in sustaining project performance through value driven practices.

VTT executed IT-Enabled Business Transformation and Project Management for FFBL. Under the Project, VTT provided its expertise in setting up a large scale PMO for the project utilizing VTT’s Project Management expertise and project-specific tailored frameworks. We successfully established futuristic IT infrastructure in FFBL which may cater to the needs of organizational business for next 8-10 years with an optimum total cost of ownership (TCO).
