Asher Osman Khan
Asher Osman Khan is a professional with over 19 years of experience in business development and quality assurance/compliance management of corporate, development, and energy sector projects.
His experience includes ensuring quality of the field surveys reports, status/progress reports, performance reports, and other deliverables for USAID, US DoD, and US DHS (FEMA), while executing the development and corporate programs, contractual compliance management related to clients/subcontractors and USAID IPs. Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
Mr. Ahmad is an experienced Monitoring Evaluation (M&E) and Research Professional and carries around nine (09) years of experience working for different national and international organizations. He has skills in program and policy analysis, program and project monitoring and evaluation, design and management of development programs and experience in participatory development approaches.
His experience encompasses several multi-phases for national and international programs, projects and proactive management of stakeholders. He has proven leadership skills and is flexible in devising proactive responses to changing socio economic conditions which have allowed him to make critical contribution to the national and international development programs.
He is a diligent committed professional with a spirit of team play. Having a background in demography, and data analysis, he had been working with different organizations. His experience ranges from M&E to IM and capacity building. He has developed district profiles, Flood and Earthquake Atlases for response and relief activities carried out by humanitarian community in Pakistan, Analysis and Development of education, Health and E-bulletins incorporating infographs, conducting IM Need Assessments provincial and district level for various Social Department Government of Balochistan, compilation of Provincial Development Perspective profiles, District Profiles. These publications were prepared using high-end infographics and maps prepared by a team of professionals with different backgrounds such as research and GIS.
He was responsible for refinement of activities and indicators for analysis and reporting purposes, development indicators and activities in Single Reporting Format for the sectors required by humanitarian team in Pakistan and also the development of 3, 4 and 5Ws handling. Manager Monitoring and Evaluation
Saqib Mehmood Khan
Saqib Khan is VTT Global’s monitoring and evaluation Manager, with extensive experience in conducting M&E of multi sector, multi-dimensional and integrated development projects, funded by various international donors/clients including USAID, OFDA, and DFID. His areas of expertise include participatory monitoring, project evaluations, assessments, MIS database administration, web-based data applications and data analysis, base line, mid-term and end term evaluations and mid- course corrections. Having over 08 years of diversified practice with a primary focus on monitoring and evaluation, he has remarkable insights in terms of Results Based Monitoring, projects/programs appraisals, cost benefit/effectiveness analysis, logical framework approach, outcome and impact assessment research methods and practices with practical evaluation experience.
He has led various researches mid-term and impact evaluations with skills in national and household census management and execution. He has delivered several presentations to development sector agencies on program and project management, M&E, community driven development and was part of knowledge management frameworks.
Senior Manager Operations
Faiq Iqbal brings with him twelve years of development sector experience, specifically in monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, institutional/project assessments, community participation, relief efforts, operational research and human resource management. His experience includes work in multi sectoral projects including education, gender, livelihood, governance, community participation, rehabilitation and energy. He has also successfully led several donors funded projects along with monitoring and evaluation under the umbrella of MEP. The project spanned over 5 years and was focused on monitoring and evaluating USAID funded projects in various sectors including shelter, WASH, health & hygiene, education, flood relief, IDPs and livelihood interventions, and governance. He has also completed multiple other projects successfully by training and leading diverse teams of field enumerators to conduct surveys and questionnaires according to survey methodologies, and collect, compile and verify data according to project requirements and provide valuable input.
Moreover, Faiq also led USAID’s Teachers’ Training Program Pilot under Sindh Reading Program (SRP) in five districts of Sindh and managed USAID’s largest and first of its kind early grade reading assessment in Pakistan’s Sindh province. He also managed GIS mapping of hydropower sites in Gilgit Baltistan and recently managed DFID funded, out of school children enrollment and low-cost private school assessment, in collaboration with Education Fund for Sindh (EFS).
Senior Manager Finance
Mr. Mudassar is a consummate professional with close to 10 years of experience in all aspects of accounting, finance, taxation, statutory requirements and business management. He specializes in reporting & documentation, financial analysis & management, forecasting and variance analysis, monthly closing, P&L general accounting, A/R & A/P, planning & scheduling, and purchasing. Before joining VTT Global, Mr. Mudassar was a proficient member of Safety & Security Services Private Limited’s finance team. Mudassar has also authored two publications, sharing anecdotes of materials he learned during his professional career in financial accounting, financial management and human resource management.
Manager Corporate Affairs and Executive Secretary to the CEO
Hussain Muhammed has been serving at VTT Global as the Executive Secretary to the CEO, as well as performing the duties of a Manager Coordination/Corporate Affairs, since 2007. He started his career in the Pakistan Army in 1978. During his 16 years of service, he executed duties at various levels/organizations and with senior officers. After retirement from the Army in 1994, he first joined Pakistani Data Network Company (Supernet) at a nascent stage. He worked there as an executive sectary to the CEO for four years. In 1999, he joined Pakistan’s first undersea cable company “FLAG Telecom” in the capacity of an executive secretary to the CEO. He also served as the executive secretary to the Telecom advisor in 2001, while the sector underwent the de-regulation reforms. In 2003, he was also appointed as executive secretary to the Director of Emerging Markets in BearingPoint.
A Marketing professional with over 5 years of work experience, Usman has worked in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, Telecom and Consulting sectors. He has led and managed large sales teams for Nestle’s Food and Beverage business in Peshawar City. He was part of the top 5 Area Sales Manager performance charts at the company which was duly recognized by the Sales Director of Nestle. Prior to this, during his tenure at the Pakistan Tobacco Company, Usman’s contribution to generating business leads was officially recognized by the National Sales Manager.
He has worked for JAZZ (biggest telecom operator of Pakistan) in which he was part of the launch team for its Mobile Financial Services arm. As part of the product development function he was responsible for business plan development, reporting sales figures of MFS launch, providing market intelligence and lesioned with customer care team.
A graduate of the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi. He currently supports VTT’s BD function as a Marketing Manager.
Muhammad Awais Khan
Over his professional career, Awais has been involved with content creation and manipulation during spells as a Copywriter, Blogger, Editor and PR professional with Allainet Pakistan and Media Matters (a subsidiary of Media Pulse, Pakistan’s second biggest media buying house). In addition to this, he has hosted a live television show on CNBC Pakistan. At Allainet, he was responsible for content creation, formulation of SEO strategy, as well as management of a team of writers. His prior roles have been put to use in the responsibilities of a Business Analyst at VTT Global, acting as a link between the firm’s capabilities and its objectives.

Syed Ali Khalil
Syed Ali Khalil has been working with VTT Global in the capacity of an Assistant Manager Finance where he assists the department manager with the preparation of budgetary and management reports and maintenance of financial ledgers, as well as in general administrative and logistical tasks around the office. Mr. Ali has over 05 years of experience in accounting and finance departments with a focus on liquid funds planning, ledger maintenance, book keeping, purchase management, payment release, ageing payable analysis, ad-hoc reporting, income statement preparation, bank reconciliation, voucher creation, and daily sales analysis.
A motivated, hard-working and bi-lingual Development Studies and International Business postgraduate that demonstrates expertise in administration, excellent research capabilities and knowledge of parliamentary issues. A reliable team member with a personable nature and positive communication style, maintains professional boundaries while building lasting relationships. Saad Sultan is an avid writer with an extensive professional experience of six years in the development and energy sectors of Pakistan. From managing social media for leading newspapers of the country to writing materials for advocacy campaigns, Saad has explored various forms of content development; ranging from articles, news and project reports, blogs, Ad copies, theatre scripts, as well as business proposals. He has managed complex projects such as the Feasibility for Renewable Energy across 800+ Industrial Zones of Pakistan and the Flour Millers’ Incentive Study (using discrete choice experiment methods). Mr. Mazroof has strong background of working on high-end servers, database architecture/design and data modelling. Moreover, he has a handful of expertise in Client/Server and WEB application development using Microsoft SQL Server, ORACLE, and MySQL. Mr. Murtaza Fasih

Dr. Muhammad Amir Hasni

Experience includes ensuring quality of the field surveys reports, status/progress reports, performance reports, and other deliverables for national and international organizations such as UNICEF, WHO and World Bank, etc. Dr. Aamir has strong command in all phases of health management & and health sciences, including hospital management, health policy, research, monitoring & evaluating any project or research and writing reports. He is experienced in managing projects from the requirements gathering/need identification phase; he is also handy with data assessment and analysis using Excel and SPPS.
Possessing an enthusiastic personality and ready to tackle whatever comes in his way, Zarman has joined VTT Global-HQ as HR Executive. He has completed his Bachelor in Accounting & Finance (Associate Degree Program) from University of Central Punjab, and is current pursuing his Master in Business Administration from Bahria University. In addition, he assists the Business Operations department with on field operations and ensures the timely and effective achievement of targets by field resources. Till date, Ali has worked on over 9 projects including DFID’s Ilm Ideas 2, USAID funded Baluchistan Agriculture Project (BAP) and Family Planning Compliance Monitoring.

Senior Finance Executive
Syed Obaidullah Javaid has been part of Finance industry with an over-all experience of more than 9 years in finance and accounting field. He is a key resource in the department and a dedicated professional who helps VTT Global with his expertise. Ubaid is proficient in managing accounts and finance at the regional office based in Karachi and alone handling all finances which includes project base advances, transfers, recording of funds received from head office and monitoring of funds utilized in the field during the project activities.
In addition, he is involved in keeping all the expenses updated with regional office and line managers, monthly bank reconciliation and sharing reports with head office. His active participation in preparation of cash request for regional office ensured the smooth running of expense and funds utilization with proper records and documentation. Ubaid has previously worked in Mustang Security Services as a Senior Accounts Officer” for 8 years.
Business Operations Executive
Aleem has worked at VTT Global as an MT in the Business Operations department, where he supports the team in the execution of multiple projects including; Millers’ Incentives study, Out of School Children study and Ilm Ideas. He has been a valuable asset and took the responsibility of not only generating reports but also conducting trainings, attending client meetings and finalizing the research instruments. He has previously worked at Chemonics International as an intern for a period of seven months, during which he assisted the team with its Global Health Supply Chain Program in designing the very first model used for the forecasting of MNCH products for Pakistan. Having a research-based background he has strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills.
Samiullah is a business development professional with extensive in-house and field experience in both corporate and development sectors. He is extremely skilled in research and usage of relevant tools for extracting information, processing it, and preparing final deliverables for the purpose. Starting from serving for educational platforms and programs, Samiullah has dug his way into the development sector and has been engaging with international clients for various projects since the last two years.
