DFID/Mott Macdonald - Baseline through Endline Evaluation of Ilm Ideas-II Program

Project Description: The Ilm Ideas 2 programme, a four year-long project funded by DFID, is an education innovation programme designed for Pakistan. The programme seeks to improve education outcomes by providing financial and technical support to organizations to help them take their proven solutions to scale.

Cambridge Education, the fund manager for the programme, has commissioned VTT to assist with data collection for Ilm Ideas 2. VTT was responsible for conducting the baseline and endline data collection with the three project grantees to measure the impact on education outcomes of solutions (projects) being taken to scale with support from Ilm Ideas 2. The data collected then was used to evaluate the extent of achievement of the outcomes outlined for the Ilm Ideas 2 programme.
